After a day amongst the stunning scenery, relax in one of our three individually decorated bedrooms, all with en-suite shower rooms. You'll find our rooms equipped with tea and coffee making facilities. Whilst we do not have a license to sell alcohol, we provide glasses if you would like to bring your own to drink.
You are welcome to enjoy the views over Scourie Bay from our breakfast conservatory in the evening and soak up the fantastic sunsets. If you prefer, the same view can be enjoyed from all of our guest rooms.
We offer a comfortable lounge for our guests to enjoy, after a long day exploring you can relax and unwind on our sofa and armchairs and read our books and information about scourie and surrounding areas.
In our shower rooms you'll find soft towels, illuminated de-misting mirrors with shaver sockets, and a full set of luxury lemongrass and bergamot toiletries for use during your stay, including hand wash, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.
You won't even need to pack your hairdryer, as we supply those too.
If you don't quite want to get away from it all, you'll have access to free Wi Fi.
We have Double bed size only in 2 of the rooms, and a Super-king bed size in 1 of the rooms

We are a non-smoking establishment. We kindly ask that smokers smoke outside and make sure they are away from doors and windows so as not to affect other guests.
PRICES
Specific rates can be viewed by clicking the book now or check availability buttons. Breakfast is included with all bookings.
There is a reduction of £10.00 per room per night for single occupancy (room 3 no single occupancy available) which will be automatically applied when you select one adult.
NO CHILDREN
For the comfort of you and our other guests, we are unable to accept children under the age of 16yrs old. Those under the age of 18yrs old must be accompanied by an adult (over 18).
The maximum number of guests per room is two.
NO PETS
Sorry, we do not accept pets.
DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATIONS
Card details are required in order to secure your booking and full payment will be due 30 days before arrival. We will send details when your payment is due.
Full payment at the time of booking will be required if you are booking within 30 days of your stay.
As a small business, cancellations can have a significant impact on us. Bookings cancelled by the guest within 30 days of arrival are fully chargeable/non-refundable. We strongly advise that you have travel insurance to cover you if you need to cancel.
In the event that government restrictions are applied which mean that we cannot offer accommodation, a full refund will be made.
*Any refunds will be subject to a £15.00 administration charge.
HOW TO PAY
We are able to accept card payment or electronic transfer of funds for payment. Online booking, and secure online payment is available by clicking on our BOOK NOW button.
CHECK IN AND DEPARTURE TIMES
Check in is between 4pm & 7pm. We cannot except early check-in. If you will be arriving after 7pm, it is important that you let us know as we occasionally have commitments in the evenings and want to ensure someone is here to welcome you to the B&B.
We ask that guests vacate their rooms by 10.00am on day of departure to enable us to prepare the rooms for the next guests. Late check out may be available by prior arrangement only, otherwise a charge will be made.
